MyNaviLife is a digital platform designed to help people with learning disabilities, autism and additional support needs navigate daily life with greater confidence, independence and control.
Supporting independence. Promoting choice. Enabling possibility.
A better way
Everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling life, make choices, and develop independence at their own pace.
MyNaviLife has been created to provide simple, accessible support for daily living. Whether it's remembering appointments, following routines, tracking goals, or staying connected with family and support networks, MyNaviLife puts the individual at the centre.
Built with real-world social care experience, it supports individuals to manage routines, achieve personal goals, stay connected, and build the skills needed for everyday living.
How it works
Here's how MyNaviLife guides someone through their day, screen by screen.
01
The day opens with a clear plan, a gentle "do this next" card and big, friendly tap buttons. Nothing crowded, nothing confusing.
02
"My Day" groups everything into simple routines for morning, afternoon and evening, each task with a time and a picture.
03
Each task opens as clear, picture-led steps with a "Read to me" voice, so a big task feels calm and achievable.
04
An "Ask" button listens, a mood check-in is always close, and an SOS reaches help instantly, wherever they are in the app.

Our founder
MyNaviLife was founded by Gifty Agyemang, a Registered Nurse, Registered Social Worker, Independent Prescriber and Registered Care Manager with over a decade of experience supporting individuals across health and social care.
Having worked directly with individuals, families and support teams, Gifty recognised the need for a practical digital tool that encourages independence while supporting communication, wellbeing and person-centred care. MyNaviLife was born from that vision.

Our founder's story
MyNaviLife was born from a passion for helping people with learning disabilities and autism live more independent lives.
After years of working in health and social care, I recognised that many digital tools were not designed for people who may struggle with reading, writing, or processing large amounts of information. While there were many apps available, few truly met the needs of individuals who benefit from simple, visual, and accessible support.
This inspired the creation of MyNaviLife.
Designed around easy-to-use tap-button navigation, the app helps people manage their day, follow routines, build independence, and stay connected with their support networks. It is particularly valuable for people with learning disabilities and autistic individuals who thrive with structure, predictability and visual guidance.
MyNaviLife is more than an app. It is a commitment to creating technology that is inclusive, empowering, and designed around the people who use it.
